Auto BCC / CC for Microsoft Outlook is an email add-in that creates a BCC and/or a CC copy automatically every time you send mail. All you need is to create simple rules for filling the BCC /CC fields, and Auto BCC / CC does all other work itself. The Auto CC / BCC plugin can send a BCC /CC for all outgoing emails, or to the specified addresses only, or if the subject line or the attachment name contains particular words, etc. A BCC will be sent for all outgoing messages, whether it is a new e-mail, an email reply or a forwarded message. With Auto BCC / CC for Microsoft Outlook you can:
• Create a new rule for auto-filling the CC, BCC fields of a new message with a couple of clicks.
• Fill multiple addresses to the CC and BCC fields.
• Exclude duplicates from the CC and BCC fields.
• Send CC (carbon copies) and BCC (blind carbon copies) of the same email at a time.

Outlook Attachment Alarm is a MS Outlook 2000/2002(XP) tool that will never let you forget to add an attachment if the body of the message contains key words ("see attachment", etc.).
Outlook Attachment Alarm is very easy to use and requires no hard tuning. You just specify the words and phrases that imply an attachment and add these words to the Key words list. Outlook Attachment Alarm scans all outgoing messages and if it finds words or phrases from the Key words list, it raises the alarm and suggests inserting the attachment.
